Please read carefully the options before booking an appointment. If an appointment is not book properly we may have to cancel or reschedule it.

If it is been over 8 month since your last appointment or you’re seeing a different chiropractor please book as a Re-evaluation. If it’s been over 3 years since your last appointment, please book as a New Patient or call the office to book. If your only visit at our office was for a pre-employment assessment, please choose New Patient.
